Participants learn practical skills for urban growing, including:
Choosing containers and preparing pots correctly
Understanding soil health and living ecosystems
Composting in the city and vermicomposting systems
Water-conscious irrigation methods
Growing herbs, vegetables, edible flowers, and small fruits in containers
